I still remember attending my first Trivia night back in 2013. A group of my coworkers were discussing some options for happy hour venues and when we saw that a spot down the street was hosting a Trivia Night, we decided to go for it. I was instantly hooked. When the opportunity arose to join the Last Call team, I was ecstatic. Working with a talented and creative team to spread my love of trivia across the country-what could be better! I currently manage sales and outreach in our west coast areas. Outside of work, I love to travel and am also an avid equestrian and Disney movie lover. All Posts

First up, a People Trivia question highlights some unique pedestrian traffic lights in Germany that feature likenesses of a major celebrity. Spoiler alert: here’s a look at those extra glitzy traffic lights if you’d like to check them out yourself!

Next up, a Characters Trivia question challenges the team to identify the group of animated characters based on several of their names, including Blob, Bump, Scooter, and more. While this isn’t the animated group in question, click here to learn more about the history of the iconic Disney Princesses! P.S., how awesome would a “Princess Blob” character be?

The first round concludes with a Literature Trivia question about the first line of a popular Jules Verne novel. All three of the players are Verne fans, which helps them narrow down the options to two potential answers, but do you agree with the one they choose? Listen in to see whether you could help steer the Team to success!

Bonus Question

Today’s Bonus Question is a callback to the novel named in the Literature question above. Without giving too much away, the Trivia Team is asked to estimate a distance. Next, a Mythology Trivia question sticks in the same general vicinity, calling on both Greek and Roman mythology. For more Greek history, here’s a look at the origins and evolution of the Olympic Games.

Round Two wraps up with a Groups Trivia question that challenges the Team to identify an animal based on the multiple terms that are used to refer to them when in groups. There are tons of fun animal group terms out there, including a “coalition of cheetahs” and a “leap of leopards.” Be sure to report back to let us know what your favorite animal group name is!
